I'm making pretty good numbers with the V3. But I'd probably go with the Tsunami or something around those specs if I did it again. I shift at 6,500 rpm and it doesn't dip down at all.

If your concerned with surging make sure it gets street tuned. You'll probably have to pull timing around 1,500 rpm to get rid of it.

Either cam would be a good choice. I'd be surprised if you noticed a difference at the track between the two.

I would get them to do a custom grind before I would do a v3. I do not like the idea of that kind of lift on a street car even if the rest of the specs seem tame.

I almost ran a v2 though and have ridden in a car that had one and it is a nice cam.

Wrong cams then. If you want to spin to 6400 (which is low - you can take it higher), then either cam is wrong.

I'd look at a 223/231 111+3 or 227/235 110+3 or something like that with stock heads or stock ported heads.

V2 if you are dead set on those cams for sure. Cheaper to run and for where you want to shift with stock rod bolts its a no brainer.

The V3 has too much lift for a street car.
