I would expect at least 500rwhp. It is hard to predict the outcome at the rear wheel. There are several things from the driveline, to the tune, to the dyno, and your personal comfort zone with how agressive you want the tune compaired to what you feel is safe. All out with no regard to the safety of the tune, 600 to 650 at the flywheel is possible, but it would be lean and have more timing then most would want on pump gas.

Thanks for the prediction and advice. I will keep you guys posted on the build and the power outcome. Next question what will i need to do to get the crank and rods to clear the factory oil pan and windage tray? Will i need to add spacers?

I don't know of any oil pan fitment issues. The factory windage tray will need to be spaced to clear the crank. Hardened steel flat washers work good for this. Just be sure and make it level.

Thanks for the advice. What about a throttle body? Im not sure which one to get. I called FIC and they set me up with some LS9 injectors and the wiring adapters. I almost have all the parts ordered.

Did you ask him to email you the injector data? Your tuner will need it.

A Fast 92mm will bolt right on that manifold. That manifold does not have provissions for a throttle cable bracked. Call Scogin Dickey, they have a throttle bracket that you can bolt to the back of that TB. There is an untappet hole in the back top of the TB that you can tap and bolt the bracket to.

As for a clutch, I have no prefference, most of the cars around here are auto's. I do yave one friend that bought a bad ars ceramic clutch. That thing really holds great but it takes some real getting use to. It does not have any slip when working the clutch pedal so when he tries to ease out into traffic or move it around the shop it makes the whole cars shake hard. He is getting use to it but it really bugged him at first. It is in front of a TKO-600 5 speed trans in a 85 vette with a built 350 in front.

Well thank u for reminding me to get my injector data i totally forgot. Ill get that taken care of today. I went with a 92mm throttle body from WS6 store and i also got the bracket. The throttle body is a nick williams and i hear its a pretty good TB. I also got the cam duration. Its 236 intake and 242 exhaust with a 114 LSA+4. What are ur thoughts on that cam for this build.
