Good tuning is a must with this cam. My car still has a hard time finding idle at 1100 rpm's but that is with a horrible tune. Congrats on the cam and good luck. You will love this cam.

mine idles pretty good with my tune at 950...i turned the idle screw a good ways in so i could get it to cartek and julio did the rest...car hasnt stalled once since the tune in any gear & only once stalled on a first try startup when cold.

I'm really leaning towards this cam with my M6, also have stage II heads so I'm thinking it will sound great once tuned... yep, definitely getting this one.

The camshaft will definately idle at 850, but as you guys know the tune is crucial Thats why we offer mail order tuning for the camshaft Enjoy that cam man!!

same here, a little surging on cold starts (still need some tuning tweaks, nut ,my bigger 238/242 is a good daily driver, and it idles @ 900. Jason worked his majic on my setup. Now i need to fly hime down for some tweaks. but I currently drive mine a couple times a week, sometimes up to 40 miles trips across town and back, and it drives just fine.
