Got some time the last two days to work on some more stuff. The car is essentially done, but now I'm just doing **** that takes time and aggravates me that I decided to do it... lol
Started working on the brakes (is there any way to get rid of the brush strokes in the paint? Wet sand?):

If I can get the torque arm adjusted, then yes. I still need to get radiator fluid in here and now an oil change as I've run her a few times and want to get clean oil in there without any residue from the build.
I have to bleed the brakes too... lol Else I'll be going but not stopping.

This all sounds too familiar..... Modding the car.... Killing the battery.... Just dealt w/ this recently. Changed out my red top for a new one. Back and forth killing the battery isn't good for battery life

So, I ordered this... The Kooks TDs almost touch the gas tank. They include some pathetic little stick on heat reflectors... so I decided to get this crazy stuff and attach to the bottom of the gas tank. Good to 1200F direct heat within 1"... sounds like the ticket.
