If you have some compression behind it, it'll be pretty nice. I have a 230/234 114 I'm installing and it should provide a good balance of power and streetability.

I'm currently running a Thunder Racing cam (230/236, .591/.601, 112 LSA) and like it a lot.

Pushrods...springs...ls6 oil pump....new timing chain....those are a must...sounds like it'll perform well for a mild cam...is this your DD?

You can use stock rockers and lifters usually without any issues at all.

That will be a nice cam for your DD. Do you have an M6 or an A4? If it's an A4, then a converter is a must. Also, what else is done to the car?

I don't think he knows what he's talking about either. I run them in my car. I was really wanting to hear his explanation.
