Hey guys some info would be appreciated. I'm thinking about changing the cam. I have a FMS F2 224/224/114+4 lsa on .586/.586 with a 2800 stall. Is it worth it to go with a EPS 230/234/112+4 lsa on .600/.602? Do I get any gain of it? I'm running ls6 stg 1 heads with 918 springs from Texas speed on 3.73 gears on an A4. I appreciate some info! Trying to get over 400rwhp mark and some more torque too.

I wouldnt change unless you were going a hole lot bigger. Plus your probably reaching the limit of your converter. Might be worth 20 t0 25 hosepower but id say your stall would need to be a little bigger.

So defiantly to really get some gains 236 and up will do the job together with a 3400 stall maybe. Don't really want to go higher couse I dont like the drivability to change. I'm also running 1 7/8 ss hooker headers with an 3" Y pipe with a borla 3" cat back. The MAF is it worth it? Thanks again for your knowledge.

Thank you jakefusion, the graph is kind of f up looking I just looked at it at its more like 4300-4400 rpm sorry if I messed up. So with all my set up that cam and 3600 stall would make big different?! I thought they get losen up a lil bit that's y I said maybe 3400 stall we be top. Thanks again I appreciate your info. Also I should be ok with the 918 springs with that cam I'm in a safe zone by .021-.022 plus lift with them.

The tuner also said that he couldn't lock the converter and he even couldn't fix the speedometer on the car after I put the 3.73! My car is a 98 z28...

If he couldn't lock the converter, that's why your peak number is skewed. Unlocked converters give weird looking graphs and low numbers.
A big stall is nothing to fear in an LS1. Couple of reasons. 1 - your shifts are electronically controlled. You can set your shifts based on both throttle position and RPM so you can tighten up a loose converter quite a bit just by playing with those two variables. 2 - the LS1 is a topend screamer in the V8 pushrod universe. On a SBC or LT1, anything over a 2800 RPM stall wasn't super wise for a street driven car. On an LS1, you can run a 4000, especially with the 3.73s and it wouldn't be a problem to drive even with the stock cam. I don't know if swapping the cam is worth the effort, but getting a new tuner and stepping up to a better torque converter would make you faster.
Look at the FTI 3600 or 3800 as two streetable and very fast converters. Yank SS are also good in the SS3600 or SS4000 range.

If you're going anything over a 228 cam I'd do no less than a 3600 stall. I'd say 3600 minimum no matter what with 3.23s a 3600 is slightly loose. With my 3.73s it was barely noticeable after getting used to pushing the gas pedal slightly harder.
As others have said look into a better tuner. I'd try to snag a cheap fast 90 at least too

i would restall it first, see if you want a bigger cam. A 3600 er so will make the car feel quite a bit faster sotp. id also look into a new tuner. you dont need a giant cam to feel a difference. if you go with a mid 230s eps cam you should make 400 wheel with the heads you have, if you gain 20 hp with a little bit bigger cam, coupled with a higher stall it will feel like a whole new car. no reason to go with a 240+ duration cam like suggested earlier, you would need a much higher stall and probaly steeper gears to keep it from feeling like a turd with something that big

You don't need a big cam and heads to run hard. The advice above is good advice. Look at Senicai(sp). He has a 228 with 243s and a SS3600 and runs bottom 11s. His car is impressive and I bet it's easy to drive on the street. I'd say your stall is definitely needing a restall

Ive driven a solid roller 347 fox with a 4000+ nitrous stall that was loose as hell, it takes about 10 min to get used to, then its a blast...lol
