7.625 push rod length?
Has anyone had to use 7.625 pushrods in their build? My shop said 7.625 is what pr should be and that made 1 1/2 turns to 22ftlbs on my stock rockers.
Engine has 1600 miles on it now but I'm a bit paranoid about this, car seems to run strong with no issues but will I have any later because of this?
Build is in sig below, the heads do have the 3/4 in. deck and were milled 10 thousanths.

I really think thats to long. Measure it yourself, to make sure. I used 7.450, and my rockers backed off, due to bottoming out the lifter, and false tourque reading. Keep a close eye on your rockers if you think there right, good luck.

Predator heads may require that long of a pushrod. I don't know what the recommended length was. Patriot went under before those heads took off.
The original TFS heads required 7.600" pushrods, but they revised them and made the 7.500" standard.

Patriot has already reopened under a different name, and they are continuing to sell the same castings as before just so you know. They posted up their new website on YellowBullet just in the past couple days but there isn't much info on it right now.
