Default valve spring indentify help

Anyone know what these are? I don't have a spring pressure tester. They're dual springs.

they look like tooley springs, have them checked

I thought that at first, the retainer and locks look different though...

Talked to local machine shop they want 40 bucks to check them. Does that sound right
