Hey you know what I haven't ever been on a forum I didn't do anything to anyone that camaro of hers will be dependable mine is for fun if I don't have to spend more to have fun why not LS is cheap fun power and I love the LS series because its typical Bowtie small block with interchangeable off the shelf parts same reason that the small blocks chevy always made were so popular market means savings kind of like those 4 cyl Honda motors huge demand and big assembly lines means savings I have 7 kids to educate and don't have lots of extra everything is tight these days sorry if I reacted wrong I love hearing what these peeps say about what they love !!!! :-)

That's why I said I didn't explain myself ! My bad ! The wife knows and will pay for the converter and long tubes / off road pipe . The 3000 she don't know about it's for intake throttle body cam /springs oil pump timing chain and if necessary some Texas speed ported heads at around 1000 $ but if not needed till next summer after swap then I will put that grand in suspension on camaro the block will get machine shopped after removed from car and then put in Sonoma the car is hers that ls1 will get necessary mods while in machine shop that's a different budget my bonus at the end of the year will do the machine work and harness as well as mounts and long tubes for truck with her I approach it like its better to ask for forgiveness than permission lol thanks I'm listening to all !
That cam won't get put in till the fulcrum gets new bearings and the pushrods will be replaced as well I am going to do the work in my garage minus machine work and hope to have fun this summer with car I live on 1-70 and want to play :-D the car is going to get low compression I guess with 6.0 heads that's why I eBay bought those 6 liters it will also be stroked with rear mount turbo she's going to pay for car figure she will spend 10000 on it am still looking at maybe pro charger or maybe even whipple for the car but my truck will get high compression balanced dyno/ tuned this winter NOZ and the intake will be aftermarket with direct port bosses once in truck it will be no big deal for me to remove and reinstall that car is a pain to do that for me in my shop I don't have a lift am going to pot luck the info received on this site

Hey I am not worried about what you think . I work in a performance based industry ! And I don't proofread enough and or type well because my thumbs are arthritic from 20 plus years of working my way up in the oil fields of Kansas , Colorado , Texas ,Oklahoma and even 2 years in prudhoe bay Alaska and if a young man invests say 15 or 20 thousand instead of building race cars he would have 7 figures when he was my age so my salary or bonus wouldn't seem like much to you all !

Back to the original question.
Go ahead an stick that MS4 in there - it will fit just fine. You don't need to replace the torque converter, or run a shorter gear. It will work with stock heads, stock valve springs, pistons, and intake and exhaust manifolds. In fact, the stock PCM tune will work well too.
