Default Upper Midwest Head Porters?

Looking for a head porter in the upper Midwest. I have a set of 6.0 iron heads that I'd like cleaned up, not quite in the budget for a set of new heads yet.

Thanks

Honestly I wouldn't even do a valvejob on iron 6.0l heads unless you couldn't find a set of 317s for similar money.
We all understand budgets, and pissing money into the wind by doing something like paying someone for work on those heads is a good way to make sure you never have the budget to do it well.

317's are going to flow the same, just in aluminum. Spending more money for another set of heads that flow the same is not going to save me any money in the long run. Yes, they would be easier to port, but that wouldn't offset the price of having to buy another set of heads.

Will be a turbo motor as well, so I'm trying to keep it low compression.

Call these guys...DynotuneUSA They are in Watertown...

They should know someone over on your side of the river who can help you out.

But, like 96capricemgr said...maybe find some 317's...or depending on what your doing (if you can stand the extra compression) 5.3--852's and 706's are cheap also...

EDIT: posted after you did. See the turbo app now...

No problem. Have you got a build thread for your project??

I'd like to see what other people from the "Dakotas" are working on.

Not on here, I honestly don't frequent this site like I used to. I have a half-assed build thread on C10Forum, but right now my pickup is pushed outside and I am just puttering away with my engine until I have time and/or money. I am in between about 3 projects currently.
