Default Good cam for 2001 LQ4?

I have a 1998 trans am, i also have a 2001 LQ4 that i am building and i just have a few questions about a good cam to put in it. i have stock heads that im going to have P&P'd, im looking for good power through the quarter mile perferably from 3200 to 7000 RPM. its also going to be a daily driver so i dont want it to be such a violent cam that it dies after starting it but i do plan on putting about a 2800 stall in it...id love it to have a choppy loud idle. i have a stock 4L60E transmission... Would you recommend buying an LS9 intake if im going with a cam? i am also willing to buy springs, lifters, rocker arms, ECT... to make the best cam work. What would you reccomend for the best cam for my applications i want to use it for? How big can i go until it starts to die at idle? (i will have it tuned).... Thanks in advance guys!!!!
I may not have asked all the questions i needed to or not given enough information so let me know and ill fill you in on the stuff i didnt think about!

No offense but you have a bunch of contradictions here lol. You don't want a violent cam, but you want a choppy loud idle...but you want it to be good to 7k...but it's a daily driver with a 2800 stall...see my point lol.

Thats a small stall You will need a small cam for that combo.

Lots of contradictions as HCI mentioned.

First let me ask, do you know how much compression this new setup will make? If you are building it for n/a purposes the more the better basically.
