Throttle body and fuel rail question?

Throttle body and fuel rail question?
I have a new 2000 stock LS1 5.7 liter engine that I am putting together. I just bought a new LS6 intake manifold (12573572) and have a question on the throttle body. Which is the best route to go? I looked at the Edelbrock 80mm ones that come with the tps sensors. Is this the best route to go. It doesn't seem to to make sense to go any bigger since the measurement on the LS6 air intake hole is only 76.2mm wide. I am not planning on porting anything right now. Because this is new I don't have anything at the moment so the fact that the Edelbrock ones come with the sensors is appealing.
Second question. A new stock fuel rail came with the intake manifold, the one that has the single inlet for fuel versus the inlet and outlet for the return line. I have coil covers on now and the inlet hits the covers. Should I use this fuel rail and modify the inlet to fit with the covers or should I use billet fuel rails?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Fuel rails covers need to be trimmed for the rails, there are write ups on that if you search around..
Billet rails would solve that problem about having to cut your covers, but will cost $200
Search for pics of fuel rail covers with both setup and see what look you like the best..

I think I am going the billet fuel rail route. Which injectors did you use?
