For the heads the part # is 912-0011. A few places have it. The mains are 10mm, and you can find a cheaper tap than the ARP one.

If you are simply cleaning out the threads, you can make your own chaser with an old bolt by grinding two slots down the threads.

FYI if you are just cleaning the threads do not use a tap, it is much to sharp for that job, the proper tool to use is a thread chase, but like ROCNDAV said, allot of people grind 2 slots in their old head bolts and that will clean out the head bolt holes like a chase will.

55.69 from Summit. I used it to clean out my head bolts. Really awesome tool, though I don't see a problem with cutting an old bolt and using it. In fact, I was going to do that until I saw they had an LS1 specific thread cleaner.

The idea is to RESIZE the threads not cut new ones or remove material. I would not use a bolt with cuts, it may help clean the threads some but it can damage them and remove material. The chaser cleans and resizes the thread.

Unless you're building a 2500hp turbo motor, a fluted stock bolt would suffice. If you can wait for the ARP thread chaser, that would work too.
