From the time AFR released the 8019 springs in 2004 until probably 2011 or so they were not PAC springs.

That's no ones business...

If I said it was a huge, multinational company who sells springs to most of the aftermarket, plus GM, Dodge, Ford, Cummings, Caterpillar would that tell you anything?

The one thing I can tell you is, don't believe the internet hype, or the internet naysayers. Things in the spring business are not what most people may think they are...

If one company makes springs that practically never fail, and another company with a more well known name makes springs that fail more often, which is a better company to do business with?

Also bear in mind, GM makes Corvettes and once made Chevettes, are both the same quality and caliper of car? Of course not. Spring companies make cheap springs where price is the only concern, and better springs where durability may be the main concern, and everything in between.
