Default smoking problem. advice/opinion/help needed

I'm having problems out my 2000 Z28. The build is a 6.0 block with Ls3 pistons. Ls3 heads with Tooley 660 springs. Firecore 50 wire with ngk tr6 plugs. Kooks headers and kooks true dual exhaust. Motor has less than 100 miles on it since the build. Oil pump is schumann copo oil pump. Cam is stage 3 Ls3 Tooley cam 229/244. Lifters are btr slr lifters. Intake is L76 with 92mm nick Williams throttle body. 2 new 02 sensors. Car has been tuned with hp tuners. When I first crank the car it smokes pretty bad. As soon I get on the highway 55-70 mph. Car don't smokes at all. Runs strong then if I come up to a stop sign and juice it up the smokes gets bad like it's a diesel. I drove the car 13 miles this mourning (highway) in 5th gear when I got off the ramp to exit the highway I notice my rpm dipped to 400-500 rpm. It's bugging me bad with the car smoking like this at idle or at a stop sign. Any input is welcome and appreciated.

. Positive crankcase ventaltion. Are you running a catch can or anything?

I would start with a compression and leak down test to make sure ther is not a lot of blow by.

Check out the PCV system. There are plenty of threads that discuss it in here.
I don't have a catch can, but I do run a GM vented oil cap.

Yes, that is what I was talking about. I haven't had pcv issues, though I know a lot if guys have.

My car started smoking on me once it got warm.
After a tear down, inspection showed that I had detonation which destroyed a piston and rings.

What color is the smoke? You said "smokes gets bad like it's a diesel" Diesel smoke is dark almost black, If that's what you are seeing then it's running to rich. That would explain the rpm drop also and it needs a better tune.

It's not black smoke. It's either white or blue. I don't know why the rpms dropped so low like that for ....
