.010 to .015 is what I found worked the best.

They say they like them pretty light in a LS in the .020-.025" range for a street/strip car.

Per David at lunati .010 to .015. I had mine at .040 .045 shimmed them up.

These lifters don't leak. Ran better noise didn't change.
