A "system matched camshaft"
A 150 shot is a good number on a stock bottom end car, but I know of few people who have done 300 shots with it holding together. Plates are good to about 225 or so, nozzles are good for 300, and past that, I'd do a direct port system. But I'd probably just do a plate an shoot 200 at it. With HCI+200 you're into the 9s full weight.
CM is also offering a cheaper bearing quality material core in lieu of the aircraft quality material cores. You can still get the AQ material, but it is more expensive. The BQ material is extremely similar to what Comp uses in their 5160/5150 billet steel cores.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
While we've never had an issue with a cam going flat or cores becoming damaged(we have had 4 whining cams out of nearly 3000 sold .001%), the 8620 AQ material is a better material. As we now know, the whining cams were not because of core material, but because of finishing practices.
FWIW Comp also offers 8620 and 9310 cores as well.
