Question Phoenix machine shop

Hey phoenix guys,

Anyone every used or know anyone who has used Kelley's machine shop? He seems like a good guy over the phone. I may have a warped head (ls6) and he says he can check'em, deck'em, fix'em, mill'em, get better flow delivered back to me assembled for bout $275 for the pair. I can't afford the new heads I really want so I was gonna try this route. I just wanted to see if anyone has a personal experience with the man. Thx ya'll.

If you are referring to the machine shop attached to Phoenix performance in Phoenixville PA, I've used them. They are top notch, as is the tuner Phoenix uses.

Is that Zimmerman racing? I found a contact, is that some guy with a machine shop in his garage? I'll give him a call if it's legitimate. Kelley's has some pretty poor reviews on other forums, so maybe I'll shy away.

Yes its at his house, the guy does so good work. If you want a machine shop that's been open for 30 years, ill give that phone number but will not like the work they do. Also Standard machine is a other one. Mixed reviews with them tho and I will not use them

He's in Tucson, but you cant go wrong with Larry Peto...did alot of our freinds offshore race boats for many years...alot of boats in Havasu run his engines along with sand rails and cars.
