When I ordered mine it took about 3 weeks due to them being out of castings at the time.... Everything looks extremely nice in the heads... I ordered mine through Hawkins third gen they were cheaper actually through them than directly though Texas speed and performance. I'll be picking the short block up tomorrow from the machine shop and should have it running by the weekend will keep you posted...

Awesome. And please do. Most people I have found with them never post back with results or anything

When it comes time to buy these heads for my car I'll be doing the same as you. Its cheaper because I wont have to pay in state taxes...

Was stabbing it by myself so I just installed it without the heads to make it a little easier .. I'm not too worried about it... Heads go on pretty fast anyways

Thanks it'll be torwards the end of the month probably before I get it tuned...but in a side note the 1 7/8th headers from speed engineering fit great very pleased with them!

Mine is a wiseco -3cc piston with our PRC 227cc heads and a 244/248 cam on a 112LSA. It made 500RWHP and 475FTLB on our dyno with 1 3/4 headers as i have not changed them to out 1 7/8 yet. Its at 11.5:1 and has a 102/102 set up on it. Going through a 6 speed and a 9" with 3.70 gears.
