5.3 224/232 what needs changed

I have a 5.3 with 862 heads and want to get the popular 224/232 cam...what all needs changed...do I have to use 1.8 rockers or will stock work? Please list everything

I would run the the stock rockers with a trunion upgrade....
Sounds like you race the crane cam.....

In a Miata, or a 4X4 Crewcab on 38s???? Something in between?

C'mon 96 it's a vehicle...you know the kind; they have those black round thingies on all four corners and when you press the pedal on the right the audible feedback is like music.....geesh man...LOL

Since he's too lazy to search and wants us to list out all the details do you really think he's going to take the time and actually post what he has?

We have to do that research also, time to hit up google and social media and see what kind of car Paul drives so that we can then do the research for him on all the parts he needs then list them all out with direct links so all he has to do is click buy and sit back and relax.
