ya pretty much every cam grinder does. Cam motion, comp etc. Look into cam motion low lash solid rollers. They are made to be used on the street

Ed @ Flow tech Induction is another great source. Here's a pic of the tight lash solid roller he ground on an LSM 8620 core. Both of the recommended guys in this thread are very capable.

Any cam company that does a hydraulic roller cam can do a solid roller too. As mentioned above, give Ed a shout.

Not to take away for OP, but what are you expecting for that cam ? Just asking because i have a cam that looks like yours
