tick sns stage 2 et and trap
Think i have finally decided on my cam choice, my question is who has ran them at the track 1/8 or 1/4 it don't matter. Just looking for some traps honestly m6 or a4 doesn't matter either. Would really like hearing from the cam only with stock 241's and ls6 intake, thanks!
I have the sns stage 2, 231/235 with ls6 intake, stock 241's and 3800 stall. So far car has gone 11.49 with a best mph of 118. I had this cam in my 6 speed camaro also and while i never had that at the track it would run door to door with full bolt on cobra's.

I'd talk to Martin at Tick and run your idea's by him before ordering. He spec'd a cam for me a little smaller than that and it went 118.xx with an ls6 intake and almost 123 so far when I upped the shift points and added a FAST 92/92

Info is in Sig. Also keep in mind weather conditions and setup could have been a lot better.
Hopefully much better times soon with better tires, weather and shift points being where they should be.
Question I do have for you Dirk is are you running full weight and are you running skinnies? By your vids I assume you aren't running skinnies.
All in all, I love this cam. Chop sounds mean as hell. Love the looks of surprise on faces when I start it up at shows. It is very street friendly with a good tune and runs strong. If you haven't already there is a good thread with a lot of good info on this cam and setups. https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...sers-come.html
In the end follow everyones advice and talk to Martin. He is a great guy and will help with any questions you may have. I have no doubt he will get you a cam you'll be happy with for your car.

Pretty much stock weight, m6 3.73 gears, full bolt ons and exhaust is 3" duals with x pipe over the axels. I would guess around 340-350 never been dynoed. Have beaten 2 H/C ls1's with gears and stalled. Was from a roll though.
