600 RWHP from 408" NA in a truck!? HUGELY EXPENSIVE &
not practical. You would need at least 11.5 - 12.0:1 Compression
At least 6500-7000+RPM for peak HP Probably LLSR CAM and
A whole lot of other EXPENSIVE Details. 500 RWHP much more practical and daily drivable If that matters still not cheap. I would run the MMS 235s with a Ported FAST Truck manifold. Could reach low perhaps mid 500s with medium
Sized cam.
L92s need porting for sure and the just the right cam
Easier to mess up because once you port the L92 Heads you
Have ~280CC port sizes vs 235 for the same or less intake flow
And MUCH LESS exhaust flow so you need big split 8-12* minimum
Vs 4-6* with MMS235s as an example.
Do a search in the 408 results section, Study Well.
Good Luck

I would go turbo for that power level and being a heavy truck.

After the motor is complete there is no way the stock computer would read the changes ... right ? That being said how do I get the computer reprogrammed for the mods

You need to contact a tuner/shop vendor and bring the car in for a dyno tune..

Either tow it there or see if you can get a break in tune flash to get the car up and running so you can slowly drive it to them..
