I have done a lot of reading, and it seems that people with o-ring problems have fluctuation and lose pressure @ WOT-- and I don't have either of those symptoms.
Everything looked perfect when I took it apart, and I very carefully put everything back together.
I'm going to buy an oil pressure gauge, I'm just trying to decide which one. I want to run it in the car, so I'm leaning towards getting an electric unit, instead of mechanical.

That looks like a really nice gauge. I wish it had a combined pressure/temp sending unit. I'd order it right now if it did! Where are you running the pressure and temp sensors at on the motor? I was going to drill and tap the adapter plate above the oil filter.

yeah, I have seen those. I like the angle of the stock one, though. I just hope there is enough room between the header and the sending unit.

So here is a thread I started about my oil pressure issue --

I didn't really want to muddy up my build thread with all this crap, and I didn't want this to be the only thread I ever posted, lol.

Is Lorenz @ LSX Power Tuning still helping you dial your tune in? My tuner can’t get my car to stop dying on startup after the FAST 102/NW 102 in stall. I was thinking of buying HP Tuners and giving Lorenz a call.

I still haven't had a chance to drive 3 hours to get my car on a real dyno, but my car drives just like it did stock.

Yeah, Lorenz is still helping me out. The great thing about his email tunes are that you can always get adjustments made for no additional charge. He is a great guy to deal with. I still haven't had a chance to drive 3 hours to get my car on a real dyno, but my car drives just like it did stock.

Thanks 5_litre_eater. My tuner is 2 hours away and it is a big hassle to keep having to go back for a retune. I have to get there 3 hours before the tuning session so the engine will be cold and at $100 a retune it adds up quick. I think I will buy HP Tuners and give Lorenz a call. I want to learn how to tune anyway.
