5.3
Probably be OK, with that much duration and that little displacement I would say more stall if the dragstrip is important to you.
Is that TSP spec'd for the 5.3L or was it spec'd for a different setup

All the car has got now is a small cam , 3500 stall 410 gears. And its cuttin 1.70 60fts 7.90 1/8th. But could you explain why I need a bigger stall. I understand Ill have more power . But 3500 i figured would still do great?

In simple terms more duration shifts the rpm range upward, the engine will likely make less torque at that 3500rpm point and given how stall is sensitive to torque input will likely lower the effective stall of that converter exaggerating the issue.

I think your 3500 stall speed is ok. That cam will come into its own around 3000 rpm on a 5.7. On a 5.3, figure 3500-4000 rpm. You'd have a slight lag before the power kicks in
