Default No more needles!

NO NEEDLES TO WORRY ABOUT!!!!

These new bushing LS trunion kits for factory LS rockers are shipping the 3rd week of January. Engineered to provide maximum lubrication to the trunion while also providing maximum load capabilities, the NEW bushing LS trunion UP-grade kits give the LS world piece of mind. The proprietary bushing material is fed with an oil channel at the 10 and 2 positions of the trunion. This channel constantly feeds oil to the bushing surface ensuring proper lubrication. The greater surface area will support 300X the load of what a needle will. Also there is NO CHANCE of needle bearings destroying the engine when using much more aggressive cam profiles with stock type rockers.

Kit includes the trunion, bushings and C-Clips and can be used with the stock rocker bolt.

Pricing will be set at 159.00 per kit. Contact SRD directly for ordering!

There should be no additional noise vs. stock.

I have not back to back tested these so I cannot say at this time if there are any power gains to be had. My gut instinct says no, but there could possibly be a power gain as these bushing style trunions won't have the deflection a needle bearing style trunion would have. That could free up some lost valve lift and possibly add power. We're talking 5hp or less though at most.

Exactly. These will be very popular I imagine.

I'm really sorry about that. I was just sent over the CAD pictures and information a few days ago.

Curious whether you guys ever thought of developing a variable height rocker stand? That would aid greatly with setting up the rockers with a different base circle cam.

That is not something that I've discussed with my supplier for these new trunion upgrade kits.

I'll relay to them that there is interest and see what we could do to meet that demand.

I love that thing Diet Coke! Definitely one of the coolest LS powered rides I've ever seen online! I can only imagine how it feels cornering in that thing and the sheer acceleration it must have!

I bet it would shred Miata's in the turns on a road course and make Vipers/C6Z06's look stupid on the straight!

It's pretty much an LS/Miata minus 900 pounds, absolutely ridiculous.

Is there a big difference between this kit and the offerings from Comp and BTR?

Hmm, I'd definitely be interested in this over the Comp trunion kit you had listed in my quote, Martin.
