You used dremel sized wheels? You're a brave dude. I use a 4.5" brass wheel, lol. It doesnt lose pieces, ever.

I did. Almost 20 of them. I used a 4.5" wheel on the valves that i thought was brass, but i used a magnet and found out it wasn't. Just brass coated i guess. Where might i find one of these brass wheels that won't loose pieces?? Is it solid brass? Would be extremely useful if i could find one, I'm finding tiny specks of brass everywhere.

Take your pick. They DO make brass coated steel wheels, which you don't want. You want a non sparking 100% brass wheel. Here's a list of em.

came out really good, I use wire brush for the chambers. least abrasive disk with simply green. sometimes I bust out the pressure washer
