I'll have samples of the lifters in a few days from Morel and will post some pictures of them. The solid will feature proprietory oiling directly to the roller for extended life. Both are fully machined from bar stock and centerless ground to an OD tolerance of +/- .0003".

These lifters will be a VERY good option for a solid roller setup.
and very nice looking pieces. The locating band of the lifter is raised up approx .132" vs the Crane drop in lifters. This is where you run into oil pressure issues with high lobe lift cams. They will be a little cheaper than the new Comp's and easier than making other types fit.

What is better about these lifters Chris? I haven't ever had any lifter problems really so far but I know the quality is supposed to be better on these I guess. It's always better to have more choice in anything. I knew these guys did some specialty lifters but not LS1 stuff.

Erik,
The Gen-1 lifters are so sweet I didn't want to install them in an engine...
Like little jewels...
You'll like them, A LOT!

INFO! PLEASE!
cost, part number, any mods to block to use them, etc.....
It's not that I want it there, but setting up shims kinda sucks for those that don't want to go with adjustables. If you could use just one set shim and allow for the lifter to make up the variance, it would be much easier.
