Default About to be done!

Well finally got engine and transmission back in. Pulled everything through the top and installed through top, wasn't bad at all. Still an ls1 TMS 243 heads, 231/235 .626/.606 cam, fast 92/92 1&7/8 long tubes, 3" duals over axle with x pipe, 25% UD pulley, 42lb FIC injectors, ftp lid and 85mm maf, pretty much it performance wise i guess, Spohn solid motor mounts and diamond stage 2 clutch with tick master. Cant frickin wait to get this thing rolling. more than welcome to throw out some expected numbers. will be posting updates as they come!

Nice! Not 100% sure but I think if you are running the fast you will need different valley cover bolts.. I was told the stock ones may hit the bottom of the intake and crack it once tightened down.. the ones I ended up with an an Allen head and lower profile.

Our builds are extremely similar! Excited to see the results of both, I'll hopefully have my motor back from the shop in 2 weeks.

By those cam specs, sounds to be one of the Tick grinds? What is the mill on those heads?

I bet we end up pretty damn close depending on dynos.. The TMS heads looked solid! I almost went that route myself but happened to find a decent deal on the AI heads used. Only other real difference will be that you have the duals and i have the volant intake. I don't think i'll have any numbers until closer to April i'm guessing and it depends on whether i have it street tuned or dyno tuned.. Even if i street tune i'll see if i can hop on a local dyno.

Fast 92 installed everything went smooth, hooked battery up and primed fuel system. Nick williams 92 comes in tomorrow and she will be finished! Getting tuned march 21 hoping to get everything broke in good and fluids flushed and dynod 2-3 weeks after.

Well my lid to TB will not line up at all, doesn't make any sense. i can get it over the NW 92 with no problem, then the maf and what not, if i put it all together where everything is flush lid sits a good 4" above filter. If i turn bellow around the opposite way where it points down, its actually closer but still not enough bellow to cover the bottom of the maf or TB. So i order a hump hose that is 4" to 3.5" that is 5" long. Hoping i can get it to work.
