Want the enhanced performance and reduced valve seal wear of a roller tip rocker for your LS, without the fatigue limits of an aluminum rocker? TSP has the answer with their steel roller tip LS rockers.

I am waiting on these as well, would be a nice upgrade to my 5.3. I honestly do not know why anyone, Especially COMP, has not came out with stock replacement roller tip rocker for an LS, at least not in 1.7 rocker ratio. These should see nice little gains as well. I will be the first to purchase these with Straub/Smith Brothers Bushings once they hit the market, I have been waiting for months now.

Interesting design. Don't see any feed method to the roller tip for oil, wonder if it's just splash lubrication?

I wouldn't expect there to be roller tip oiling for the intended application.

Do the Yella Terras have pressure fed oiling?

They have a channel that feeds the oil down but not direct internal passages. This design looks like the oil might fall through the internals of the rocker. I am sure they have tested it, just curiosity on my part.

Hopefully TSP will step in and provide some further development information.

Will guys need aftermarket valve covers to run these or need to run valve cover spacers?

They look close enough in configuration to stock rockers to probably not need spacers or special valve covers, but that's just a guess.....

No need for special valve covers. Pushrod length is about .140" different.

Edit: said .180 but it's .140.

Lessee.... if I mill the heads .140" for just a touch more squeeze, I can use stock pushrods! lol
