I think it's pretty hard to compare setups when the dyno is fundamentally different this time around.

But with a bigger cam it should make more power. At some point, the LS6 intake is going to restrict power more and more. But it is not a wall at 450rwhp where no more power can be made. Heads on the other side that flow better will still draw more cfm through the intake. And that will make more power. And then add more cam to the equation and you should be seeing more power than before assuming the heads are actually better. But if the dyno software changed and really did affect it 5% or so, then you're seeing what 15hp more? The cam swap is probably worth half of that since you didn't really add a lot more cam vs the 232/234 you had. But it should carry better with the added exhaust duration.

Actually, it should pull to 7k, even with the LS6 intake.

You may have a mechanical issue.

LS6 Intake choking your combo 15-20 easy vs FAST 92, 25+ vs FAST 102
Peaking and flatlining early.

I'd be curious to know your map readings during dyno sessions. If your map was struggling to stay above 95 or even down to 90, that would tell you with certainty that the intake wasn't keeping up

That's a good point. Could also indicate an airflow restriction in front of the TB as well.

I typically see a kPa of 99 upto 7000 RPM with my setup.

In 4700 DA, I get around 97 KPa on my MAP through the entire RPM range at WOT. 94 isn't THAT huge of a drop, but it does indicate you're restricted somewhere - or you're at some elevation

If your asking me liljay, no I have not. I figured I did everything to do except the intake so that's what's left. I could do bigger exhaust and electric water pump and so on but I really don't race the car it's just a play toy for the street lol
