That would be a Ls6 block. Also Ls6 block will not have the indent markings that I have identified by Green arrows on my block. Below the green dots

04+ Ls used all shorter (4") head bolts

I thought you had the casting number 12561168 ? Which would make it a Ls6 block. Also with all the head bolts being the 4" that makes it 04 or newer Ls6.

It also does not have the indents I pointed out in my picture that ls1 blocks have but Ls6 blocks do not, like yours.

If I had to guess I would say it absolutely is a Ls6 block from 2004 or newer.
