Go with the 11/32" pushrod, not the 5/16". It will really help stiffen up the valve train and help prevent valve bounce. Here is a link on stiffness: Pushrod Stiffness

yeah I don't think 5/16" was going to be an option anyway because with the heads I chose, and the fact I had to shim the pedestals .100 to get a good wipe pattern, I ended up with a 7.625" pushrod. I slid my 7.400 pushrods in just to see where I was at before using my length checker and they would barely actuate the rocker at full lift lol.
