Would it be something you would trust? that price is unbelievable for a 427, but what would happen if I throw 9 - 11 PSI at it?

I have a hard time trusting a built motor if its not coming from a well known builder. might be a unbelievable price, but that wont matter when it blows up.
looking at this ebay link I think its kind of odd that this seller has this 427 stroker and also has a 5.7 ls2 for sale but is using the same exact 2 pictures in both ads.
but maybe im just paranoid haha

eBay does NOT have the best rep around here, and for good reason. A LOT of absolute crap has been purveyed thru eBay, making that venue of commerce EXTREMELY suspect. The only independent engine builder I could EVER trust would be one I could talk to face-to-face, in their shop, before/during/after I have checked out the shop itself. An engine is too much of an investment to trust to an eBay merchant. But that's just me...

I think the $8,799 the eBay seller is asking for the engine would make an excellent payment towards an engine from a reputable builder like Lingenfelter or Texas Speed or Thompson and so on.
