Default 243 heads help

I bought a set of 243 heads from a guy on this site and he said the heads come with PSI1511 Springs. My question is I bought a ms3 cam with a lift of 600. But the springs can handle up to 625. But here behive Springs some people said i would need dual springs some said behive is fine. So which is it duals or will the behives it has work?

To get the most from that cam you're gonna want to spin it to around 6800 or so. Definitely the dual springs if it were me

Plus if a beehives breakes for whatever reason, the duel springs will help from dropping a valve.

Redline is 6k that cam is good for about 6500 with the appropriate springs, call Texas speed and tell them what you want to accomplish, their customer service is really good with questions like that and can even save you money advising you what not to buy.

I have a Yank ss3600 stall, I love it and hate it, If your going to daily it I would got with a 3200 stall, and get a top brand one too. You'll hear tons of opinions though.

Ok thanks guys so if i get say a 3400 stall in the middle of 32 and 3600 how would the cam work if the redline is at 6k and the cam only work at 6500 I assume you would have to redline pretty hard lol. Anything bad that can happen? Besides springs and rods flying lol

When getting tuned for the cam it needs to be bumped up to 6800 or so. As far as the stall goes you'll want a 3600 minimum with that cam, and a 4000 would be even a little better

you need to find out what spring pressures are recommended for that cam, not just go off of what max lift is.
