Looks like a tough rocker! As long as the roller bearing/trunnion metallurgy is good.....

The actual roller bearing rides on an interlocked inner race, not the trunion, so the actual metallurgy of the trunion is not an issue in regard to wear. Plus the whole bearing assy is made by the same company INA (they are part of LUK and a few other large automotive companies) so its not a mismatch of parts like the other needle bearing rockers are.

How many people do you have out there with these and how many miles? Looks promising though.

Another company (ex sponsor) on tech had them available for a little while but they both turned into vaporware shortly after.
This is kind of a re-introduction but also new options available.
Ive talked to a few using the previous ones with over 100k miles and they are still operating like new basically. As far as aggressive cam profiles etc, they are still at it as well.
Its nearly impossible to get these apart without completely demolishing them.
The rockers are exactly the same piece as the gm cathedral rocker also so no guessing there either.
No wear, no snap rings to lose or break also.
Pricing out soon. They wont be as "cheap" as our other rpmspeed rockers, but are by far a better design and made in the USA. I also personally tested a set so far for 10k miles. They are pretty quiet and never miss a beat.

Looks like it's essentially an OEM design and replacement. Which is good, those worked great.

I was wondering if someone was gonna come up with a bearing that had it's own races. Very cool man.

Kcs a little info on that...its the same as if you took the pressed in sleeve out of the stock ls trunions.

Ill get exact bolt od and hole id tonight. That is why we use this specific bolt and every rocker/trunion comes with one. The stock or cap screw style are too small.

OD of stock rocker bolt is .307"
OD on shoulder of new bolt is .327"
OD of trunion hole is .338"

That is why a stock bolt cannot be used also or a hardware store cap screw. it has to have the specific shoulder on it to center the trunion on the hole otherwise it will move which is obviously no bueno.

The rockers will bolt directly onto the following heads
806
317
862
853
706
035
241
243
799

Which means all 4.8/5.3/5.7/6.0 engines with cathedral port heads.

They will also work on the exhaust rocker for the rectangle port l92 and ls3 heads.

Trunions are verified to work in all the rockers save for ls7s. Still need a set to test fit them.

1.7 ratio only

Price will be set soon. I have a test set out right now that will report back...but short of totally mangling the trunion to pieces to see the inner wear, im not sure what you guys would want to see.
So...input?

Rocker arm set (cathedral only) with NOFLEX bolts and zddp break in/assembly lube is $299 shipped.
They are brand new. Not used, not reman etc.

Trunion cartridge with bolt and zddp lube is TBD at the moment.

i thought the issues with the comp/btr/copy cat trunnions was poor oiling and repetitive wear over the same spot, not metallurgy.

The comp ones had issues with their surface flaking off and being too soft also.
Our other rpmspeed rockers have 0 issue there. They did get "polished" on the bottom from repetitive wear but no surface gouging or wear. About to pull 1 or 2 more with over 25k miles on them and will pull them apart.
This bearing the rollers can rotate between the 2 floating races also.
