Weighed my ls6. Came in at 340lb dry. No accessories/ exhaust mani/ flywheel or starter. If you wondering what it would weigh with a starter add 8lb. This weight would likely represent any aluminum ls.
Lol...it's in and running. Only put about 150 miles on it. Working with darth to get it to idle better so i can actually drive it some. I don't get much time to fool with it.
But it feels pretty good loading it at part throttle.
I'm down if it run irrationally high trap speeds 😎
Idk....hopefully it will tickle the 9s on a good day once it's sorted. I think the ls6 had a 10.4 in it with bolt ons at 132-134. I didn't get to run it in it's most powerful form or on kill.....and it had been 131.3 before.
This motor probably gonna want a gear change. It should run to almost 8000rpm vs the ls6 was 7000 rpm.
I really just want to get it to drive comfortably again before i go racing it.
