No problem. Yes, Autometer is a brand we carry. We're glad we could get you what you needed.

AllStar products. These (or any brand) are a good investment building, reviving or swapping motors. I’m surprised there isn’t a glut of offshore editions like there is everything else.

No, nothing to open except the valve on the tank when you’re ready. You have rotate the motor 90* or so every 5-10 mins so the oil can work it’s way through the lifters. You would pressurize the tank with shop air to get the oil moving, when all of the rockers have oil running off them you’re done, takes approx. 25 mins to do, you have to fill your oil filter before you start. I use Amsoil SAE 30 non detergent break in oil ( shout out to Dan, Navy Blue for the Amsoil products) All the oil from the pressure tank is now in you oil pan.

Well tested the oil pressure with a manual gauge, dropped all the way to 12psi at operating temps, shut her down. Thinking about installing my old pump to test before I pull the motor/tranny to check the oil barbell. If it isn't that, I may be pulling the motor apart to a bare block to see what the issue is.
