Question Help me pick valve springs for TFS-30602003 AKA sloppy stage 2

Need help picking springs, retainers and push rods.

The build 1999 6.0 with Aluminum 317 heads, MLS LS9 head gasket, ARP head studs, single Roller timing chain, summit rockers w/roller trunions, LS7 Lifters and a pair of turbos.

I am going with this cam
"TFS-30602003" 283/286, Lift .585/.585, Lobe Sep. 112 LSA
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 228 int./230 exh.

Which springs, retainers and push rods do you guys recommend?
Thanks for your help

Thats what most people use with that cam, if you already know what springs you need then why are you asking?

If your using 175 seat pressure I wouldn't be using the LS7 lifters you propose either, you can collapse the lifter.

And if your implying that the person who tried to help you by suggesting Pac 1218 Springs was doing so becaused Pac 1218s have 175 closed spring pressure, he wasn't and they don't, they have 130 lbs closed spring pressure.

Sounds like it will be an expensive motor if it were mine I would use some good DUAL PAC springs or BTR springs and Hylift Johnson 2148 SE lifters that can easily handle the springs. If you use duals you usually get some warning re dropped valve or going to drop valve.

Many of us run the BTR platinum springs in turbo applications. They work excellent.
155 lbs seat pressure. They literally drop in.

PAC 1905 are almost the exact same specs. I've ran both, can't say which ones I like better. BTR springs look cooler.
