Hi guys I am building a lq4 bored .030 over, weisco dome pistons, stock 317 cylinder heads that have been milled .006 ported and polished,3 angle valve job I’m running the stock bottom end and comp cams 54-469-11 cam. In shooting for 800+hp all motor any suggestions Weisco pistons
Reality Check.- Time to go Boost unless you want to spend lots of money.
Sell all of your listed parts in the classifieds. You'll need lots of high rpm. Pretty sure that Comp Cams 54-469-11 has no potential to make 800+ hp NA. Likewise with the 317 heads ported or not. It's very unlikely they will move the required 350+ cfm of air on an honest flow bench no matter what's done never mind the other stuff.
Then get ready to spend big $$$$$ at a top notch shop on far superior cylinder heads, fancy intake manifold, a custom flat plane crank and aftermarket engine management system.

Take a look at my build thread on here and see what all is involved. My engine is capable is 630-650fwhp with the cam being the biggest limiting factor right now as it's tailored to a heavy SUV. Not enough cubes, not enough airflow or camshaft but I'm definitely no expert.
I was just being brutally honest and I certainly hope your not calling me a troll because the only time I'm trolling is when I'm on my fishing boat. IDGAF about what you got going on or anyone else on here for that matter.

Obviously you do care because your responding to a comment about a troll, witch im 99.9% certain was directed to the OP considering this is his first post....
Im gonna say this was a joke from the very get go.... AKA.... THE OP IS A TROLL.... lol
I will be adding a lt4 supercharger and adapter plates to this motor but before i do any suggestion on what my idle should be I am running at 650-700 rpm now

I would hope so. 2hp per cubic inch is pretty unrealistic.
I feel like Ty is pulling our chains. Certainly the thread is a joke, on both of his posts. Concerning the 2hp per cubic inch comment, be on the lookout for a mega-dollar N/A build coming. It’s gonna make 3hp per cubic inch…maybe a tad more. Spinal Tap 2.0 from EFI University. 358 ci. 11k rpm. 1100+hp.
