i'm interested if anyone has used them too.

they seem like a great deal. too bad you have to get valvecovers with them. if there were some aftermarket valvecovers for under $500 i'd probably have a set of these rockers. but with how much valvecovers are, i think most people pass and try to get a rocker that fits under the stock covers.

1- You need spacers >>>>> Thunder Racing
2- They require 7.10> 7.20 P-rods
3- You need to machine the p-rod alley due to the change in angle.

So yeah, HS is still the best bang (siamese shaft-non adjustable)

A guy in the truck forum has them in his not-yet-finished 408.

Probably sales volume vs. tooling costs.

just curious, but why would people want to spend money for an aftermarket rocker that is not adjustable like the HS. the stockers do there job pretty good.

If you're gonna do all that crap you might as well buy some new lifters and switch to a solid roller cam!

I think the bang for the buck is the Comp Magnums. They're "old school" I guess with the guide plates and all...but they can be adjustable and are high quality pieces.

1- HS is true roller
2- They are siamesed by a shaft for every cylinder and prevent twisting at higher rpm
3- they also come in 1.8
4- They are purdy
5- They do not spit out bearings.

shall I go on?

Yeah they are good! but still require clearance and valve cover grinding on one side.

Crane 1.7's fit under the stock valve covers (center bolt) and come with pushrods/screw in studs/Guideplates. Also availiable in 1.8. They are adjustable and work well with comp Rs.

I saw the Patriot Rockers and when I build another motor I will probably try them out. I like shaft rockers. Especially for that price!

The C5R's look great but they are not my style. I have been lookin for some fabricated aluminum covers, I think they are sweet.

The engineers at Comp Cams uh um I mean Terry couldn't figure out how to get them under stock valve covers without spacers.
