GM LS7 lifters and OEM rockers will work best up to just over .600 lift.

Should be fine. Summit has helped a lot of people here. Give them a call to get their well-informed opinion. They will talk with you.

AFR LS1 Enforcer Cylinder Head
Just from AFR's website, however note that like Gary said, OEM stuff works really really well up to certain lifts, but w/ bronze guides...... ymmv
AFR LS1
- Stock GM Rocker Arms - GM Rocker Arms are not designed/engineered to accommodate aftermarket cams or higher spring pressures. At a minimum AFR recommends using Bushing Trunion Kit. Other available options are aftermarket kits from Yella Terra, Scorpion or Hardland Sharp. Without the proper parts you will experience accelerated guide wear.
- Does not have provisions for 1997-1998 perimeter bolt valve covers, conversion kits available.

AFR is usually bronze guides. Roller rockers is recommended. I’d go with Yella Terra personally, but everyone has their preferences. I’ve ran Harland Sharp with SBC’s in the past with good results also.

Harland Sharp had lots of issues with their LS roller rockers in the past. They tried several redesigns etc. I'd pass on the H/S LS rockers and get something else personally. The LS roller rockers Harland Sharp had at the PRI show in 2016 wasn't close to the quality of the LS roller rocker's Yella Terra had. Talked to both in some detail. The Yella Terra team was top notch and inspired confidence in their products based on technical knowledge.
Jesel, T&D & Yella Terra seem to the the overall best and have the high prices from what I've seen over the last 20+ years. Have Jesels on my LS1 383 no issues. Would run Yellow Terra's and T&D also.
Summit has a good quality LS roller rocker from what I gather that won't break the bank. Likewise Comp has a nice 1.8 roller rocker.

Interesting that on that AFR review pic they are using stock rockers.
Summit also sells roller tip rockers. That's what I went with when I put TFS As Cast heads on my LS1. The TFS heads come with a little stiffer spring so you can use roller rockers. 430 open IIRC.
All the money I spent on this thing, why I didn't just buy the YT I don't know. Probably because they were twice, almost 3 times the cost of the Summit's.
I tried to get a hold of PAC, who TFS sources their springs from, to ask if I had enough spring for what I was doing. Well those bastards apparently don't return phone calls, messages or emails. I had to get the car back together so I used the springs that were on the heads.

I would call and see what they recommend for that head. If they use bronze guides it may be smart to use RRs. If uour looking to skimp on parts then get ebay 799s Instead and put some spring on them.

I would follow what AFR suggests for the heads in question.
I haven't seen the Jegs LS1 roller rockers or talked with anyone who's used them. Likewise, I have no experience with discountbandit or autoplicity. Can't really provide any valid information.
My Jesels are non-adjustable and my engine builder mentioned they were more fiddlely to set up. On the plus side one set, non-adjustable once set correctly - its set. Seems like mostly cost vs ease of set up from what I gather.
Ultimately with AFR heads, Tony Mamo who was the key designer of many of AFR's heads seems to like Yella Terra. I'd go with a set of his custom YT's if funds allow.
