LS1 stage 2
i have a question , there is a distinck possibility that my slp 2002 35 aniversary camaro has a stage 2 LS 1 long block, there no paper trail to follow . how can i tell, there no headers on it but when u put your foot down it leans out at 5000 rpm and bang like hard as the engine run out of fuel at 5800. 3/4 gas she buzz to 6500 with no problen producing power up to that point.. i know a dyno would tell for sure but i hope there a cheaper way to find out,
history i bought it from a dealer in winnipeg and paid to much at the time as i was told they found it in edmonton and had it shipped to winnipeg, it easly burn rubber in various gear,
it was made in i think of 11/26/2001
any questions is allright

Yes. The breakup at rpm with varying throttle inputs, sounds exactly like a clogged fuel filter. Ethanol in our fuels is very hard on the entire fuel system if stored for very long…basically turns back into soil. You might need an injector cleaning on top of it all.

No need to try and bleed it. Just install it and cycle the key a couple times to get fuel to the injectors.
