most of our customers with an m6 shift around 6700-6800. same for an auto. if using nitrous shift about 200 rpms sooner

Do you think it would hurt my times if I were to shift at 6600 or 6500 rpm. Also I will have 4:30's in the rear.

I'll be working on my shiftpoints this weekend at the track. Plan is to shift around 65-6600. So will LOnSLO who has the F1 and ported heads also with 4.30s. The only thing is that shifting at 6600 with 4.30s you might bang the rev limiter (depending on where you set it of course - mine is at 6800) vs. say stock 3.42s so you might have to start your shift sooner. As soon as I get my headers next week I'll get some real times in.
