Default GM or Cometic Gaskets

In the next few weeks I will be installing a Stage 2 H/C setupon my car and need to know what gaskets to use.
Im looking for about 410 RWHP and want to also add a wet 100-150 shot.
I will be using ARP head studs.
I have heard that the GM ones hold up well, but i have also heard good things about the Cometics.
If i go GM what part # to use??
Thanks
Josh

IMHO, I'd stick with the GM gaskets for your application. The Cometic gaskets are great if you have a larger bore size, or need a gasket with a different compressed thickness.

The Cometic gaskets are fairly expensive compared to a stock GM gasket, and I've seen lots of folks have sealing problems with them.

What size bore, and what base head castings do you have??

I'm running GM MLS gaskets, 6.0 Truck due to the chamber size on my heads.
