Everything will bolt up just fine except the alternator which is an easy fix from what I have been told. Your heads and intake will bolt up just fine, however if it was my car I'd be searching for a new heads/intake/camshaft combo if you have the money to spend to allow it.

You also might want to upgrade your cam depending on what your running now, since you can get away with a bigger cam with the additional cubes.
Stage II LQ9's will provide the added flow and are the correct heads. If on budget try PP stage 2's.
