I had the 114 and it's VERY tame. No tuning hassles. Runs great tuned only with a MAFT and HPP3 (for rev limiter only). If you want a lopy idle get the 112 but you'll have more issues assosiated with the tighter LSA.

i thought the tr224 112 lsa peaks out at 6600 rpm??? if you go to the graph on the t. racing website you would see that it peaks that high so i dont know why people would be peaking at 5800 rpm?? it doesnt make any sense to me. anybody here with the tr224 on a 112 lsa? where does your cam peak at???

The powerband is up to 6600, but the graph shows it tapering off by then. It seems to peak about 6100.

I think with a tune you should be over 380HP. I did 380 with my T1 cam without a pulley and have trapped at 115 w/3.42 gears before the cars demise. That mph was also before my LS6 intake and ported throttle body. TR 224 cams are sweet and easy on the valve springs just like the T1. With a set of heads, your into the 400's!

I have this cam with JBA shorties and put down nearly 360whp after tuning.
