answer me this. if your going to spend the money to make 800hp why are you wanting to go cheap on a rod which is an intergral part of your motor . for your power mark i'd look at lunati, crower, or manley rods.

FWIW im using the same rods Lswonder is. my application is n/a and looking at 450rwhp.

Sounds like you want the Lunati Pro Mods. Check the Lunati site for more info. Thunder and other sponsors carry them.

Like JRP mentioned, the Crower rods are supposed to be really good and they are not much more than the Eagle H-Beams.

I have Eagle H-Beams and don't have a problem going to about 750HP (on spray) with them but doing it again, I would have just baught Lunati Pro-Billets.......

when I add up the cost for the rods ($550) and then add in the $200 for L-19 rod bolts and $50 to resize them, I could have paid the extra $200 and had a rod that is RATED (not "know to work at") at 1100HP.......

live and lean.........then by the right ****

We offer Crower LS1 specific rods. That's what I would run, either that or a Lunati Pro Mod

The very best, these rods are used for twin turbo full drag applications. Carillo H-beams. They are also used in the Road Race c5r program from gm.

I know you guys have good intentions, but you're getting crazy. He's not looking for $2000 set of rods (at least that's what I gathered). Eagle, Crower, Lunati will all work just fine for his application.
