I see a lot of these heads for sale cheap. What's the deal? Are they good heads? Some say milled .30? Any info would be helpful.

I'm looking at a small cam MTI stealth 1. Would these be good heads?

 

ive seen two sets come through my shop... both were beautiful! Only downside I guess is trying to get ahold of Jay!

 

Those heads should work very well with the MTI stealth cam. My only advice would get the 2nd generation stealth cam. I called the guys at MTI looking at that cam and I asked them the differences betweeen the two since they are almost identical and the sales men (don't remember his name) basically said that the Stealth II was just a newer version of it.

I just bought a used set not too long ago, had them flowed on Thunder's bench, and they flowed right as they were advertised, peak at about 306 cfm with some good mid-range numbers. But buy them used if you can get your hands on a set, because they sure seem difficult to get new.

 

I have seen 2 sets recently for $700.

 

i like them. im going to be selling my stage 2's because im upgrading to the stage 2.5's.

 

hmmm whos could that be.I dont have 5.3's but 6.0L's,as Mike said beautiful.I gained 32rwhp with them.That is untuned with a rich 11.7 A/F and 24 degrees timing. Looking for a good 10-15 more after tune and more timing.
