Well the winter is here and im ready for some changes. First of all i have a forged 347 with ported heads and a x2 cam. I made a couple of passes at the track with the juice and the cam just loves it. Im thinking the x3 will do better since it is bigger but with the same kind of profile.And ill top it off with a lsx 90mm intake. I would like some input if someone made this cam change and was it worth it. thanks mike

Ive had both and I like the X3 ALOT better! It drives better, it idles better and pulls harder. IMHO, the X3 is better than the X2. I kept the X3

I wouldnt think it would idle better did you change your lsa from a 112 to a 114. who did you get your cam from.

the x4 is nicknamed the juggernaut cam, no stats released, its a BIG cam, you know the consiquences they say.

I got it staight from LG. They were both on a 112. The X3 idles smoother. Youd have to of had both to know the way the both idle. Even my GF said the larger X3 idles better.

I believe he has had all three, X2, X3 and Juggernaut. I would PM him if you have any questions about it.

My opinion is that if you want an LG cam, have them grind you a custom cam. You can give them the specs of your heads and they can grind the optimum cam for you, the X2/3/Juggernaut were designed for stock heads.

Another option is to go through FMS, they seem to have great results too.
